First Day of School (pre-K)/First Field Trip

Scrapbooking is something that I enjoy doing, I feel as though someday others will enjoy looking back and seeing the pictures, journaling, and different things that people did from previous years. I have done numerous scrapbooks but in this blog I am hoping to post my pages as I create them. More then likely they will all not be going into the same albumn as I like to switch back and forth so as not to get bored with one particular book. When I post about a layout I will take a picture and post that as well, so you can possibly get a better idea of what I'm talking about.
The layout that I am posting today is from Jarrod's First day at School (pre-K) and his first field trip. I was not present at neither of these functions so I cannot take credit for the picture taking. Rachel took the pictures and I have to say she did a wonderful job of it. When I saw the picture with him holding that apple I just knew I had to scrapbook about it.
This lay-out is very simple, not much to it. As we go along I am hoping to add more techniques to the lay-outs I post.

I am sure you will see plenty of layouts I will post with my two grandsons in them as they are soooo very special to me. I never thought that you could feel any strronger of love then you do for your children, but let me tell you, those boys just mean the world to me. There are times, being that I am their daycare provider, that I just can't wait til they go home and give me some time alone, but it seems they are not home for very long and I am wanting to see them and missing them again. It's like I have so much love for them that I can't even begin to explain it. Sometimes I get this desire to just pick them up and squeeze them as hard as I can, of course I don't, wouldn't want to hurt them. Ok well thats enough for todays post, Enjoy.

Very Creative. I keep buying Scrapbooking supplies, but I haven't started yet. The kids are beautiful. Keep up the exciting work.
